IndieForge Terms of Service

Welcome to IndieForge (the "App"). This App is developed by IndieForge Team to provide integrated project management, file archiving, and revenue tracking services for independent developers.

Please read this agreement carefully before using the App. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of all terms in this agreement.

1. Service Content

The App provides the following core features:

• Project Management: Create and manage multiple indie development projects
• Version Control: Plan and track development progress by version
• Kanban Board: TODO / DOING / REVIEW / DONE columns
• File Management: Project file archiving and linking
• Revenue Tracking: Record and analyze project income
• Investment Tracking: Record development costs and expenses
• Dev Journal: Record development journey and insights
• Sharing: Generate beautiful share cards

2. User Account

You authenticate using Apple ID. The App does not collect or store your Apple ID information. All data is stored in your iCloud private database.

3. Data Privacy

Your data belongs entirely to you. The App follows these principles:

• All data is stored in iCloud Private Database
• Only you can access your data
• The App does not collect any user data to its own servers
• Data transmission and storage are encrypted

4. Subscription Services

The App offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Free: 1 project, 3 versions/project, 5 files, 10 journal entries
• Pro Monthly: ¥8/month, unlimited usage
• Pro Annual: ¥58/year, unlimited usage
• Lifetime: ¥128, permanent usage

Subscription fees are paid through Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Not use the App for illegal or infringing activities
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation
• Not attempt to access or obtain others' data
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to continuity, accuracy, or completeness. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the App.

7. Agreement Changes

The developer reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notifications.
